Here are a few pictures of the fun things we've been doing lately...mostly we've been spending time at Grandparent's homes. Last weekend it was a Larry's parent's house and this whole week Nate and I are at my parent's house.
Last weekend we took Nate and his cousin Will fishing at a kiddie pond. Grandma Jody took the boys to the other side and helped them throw rocks into the water to keep them entertained while the guys tried to catch a fish for them to reel in. I couldn't believe we didn't even have a bite, especially since we could see the fish in the water. They knew exactly how to get the powerbait without getting hooked.
Here's us riding in the back of the truck to the pond....Grandpa Larry and Larry fishing...and the boys throwing rocks in.
I also took Nate to the dinosaur museum while Larry was on a more serious fishing trip with his Dad. Nate loves that place! Can you tell?! He knows the names of most of the dinosaurs...it's pretty funny to hear him say such big words for such a little guy. I'll have to post a video too.
I bought this pool to bring down with us since there isn't a place for us to have one at our apartment complex. I can't wait for the day when we have our own yard for things like this. It's super nice to go out the front door and jump in. Nate loves it...and throwing rocks in it too. I guess he learned that from the fishing trip :)
Nate is squirting Grandpa Terry with a super soaker and loving it!

Wow! It looks like you've been having a great summer! I'm so excited for your little girl to arrive, and I bet you are too. Any names yet? Jake and I are struggling to agree on one.
No, I didn't darken my hair, but I did cut a lot off a while ago. I'm too chicken to dye my hair :) It's been much easier to style now that it's shorter. My brother-in-law calls it the "mormon mom" haircut.
Well, I'll be waiting in anticipation for you to post pictures of your new little one. Good luck with everything!
OK first of all. you don't even look pregnant. for only having 30 days left. you look great!!
My son loves Dinosaurs too. WE have an awesome dinosaur mueseum up here where we live, because of all the Dinosaur fossils they have found in MOntana and Wyoming and CAnada. So if you ever come up this way like to Yellowstone or something, let me know and we could take you to it.
I hear ya on the camera thing. mine is doing that too. I think you have to mess with the megapixels to get it to go faster, but I dont want crappy shots either.
I totally know what you mean about being soo excited for the day we have our own house we can do whatever we want in our yard also.
Anyways, keep the pics coming, they are fun!
Okay, so I have been in the dark for almost 9 months now!!! Either I missed it, or was told and forgot or not...Holy Cow! Congratulations and it is a girl...how exciting! I am so happy for you guys!
Any names?
Looks like you guys have had a busy summer too. I feel bad I haven't talked to you in a while. You have such cute pictures...I love the ones of Nate at the museum. Hope things are going well for you, I will try to catch up to you soon:)
